Mr. Ahmad has completed LL.B. (Hon’s) and LL.M. from the University of Dhaka. Mr. Ahmad is highly interested in corporate legal matters like Commercial Arbitration, Capital Market, Constitutional Issues, Company Matter, Insurance Law, Admiralty, Company Formation and Dissolution, Merger and Acquisition, Custom, Vat & Taxation and Intellectual Property Laws.
